AVOID!!!! This place is alllll about $$$$. They make up their own charges which are astronomical. They charged me $58 for not showing up when I had tried to call and was left on hold forever. My husband died 2 days before this as well and I was very overwhelmed. I can see charging $20 or $25 but they want $60! It will go on my credit I guess because I WILL NOT pay that. Thanks for making a horrible time in my life worse. I should have listened to my inner voice after reading some of these reviews. The fit my dog in and that was astronomical too, $200 for some antibiotics and a spray. NEVER will I recommend them. My mother had made an appointment to have her cat seen but she canceled. Bad bad business.

They overcharged me almost $600 so I went up there to show them what they did they can't do nothing about it until I speak to the representative I'm so and so I asked for my dog's records and they gave me a cat's records that is the level of incompetence at Park hills animal hospital

Definitely believe the other glowing reviews! I've moved around quite a bit over the past few years and have had 5 different vets, so I understand firsthand how nerve racking it is trying to find a good office. Park Hills is absolutely incredible! Their front desk staff is extremely nice and friendly. Iverson, the technician, is also honestly the best tech I've ever had.Dr. Danahy was completely unphased when my shih tzu barked at her entering the room. She immediately grabbed a treat and reached out her hand to gain trust. Throughout our checkup, everyone was extremely kind not only to myself and my partner, but also to my dog. Dr. Danahy was also extremely thorough in explaining even the smallest things about possible side effects to look out for with the shots we were getting. We definitely have found our permanent clinic while living in Cincinnati.I also thought the price was extremely fair, especially given the quality of the visit. The examination itself was right at about $100 and then we updated all of our shots (around $190). We also added on a flea treatment sample and did decline a few tests/treatments, so in total we paid around $345.

I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Everyone there is so kind, personable, and down to earth. They treat you like family and remember you and your animals every year and it seems they genuinely care. I’d recommend this vet to anyone
